Independently automated the entire process using a PC to provide a custom ATE solution implementing real-time software using IEEE-488 and serial RS-232 communications to an ARINC 429 bus analyzer and Z8002 emulator hosted on a VAX/VMS system.

Rewrote manufacturing software for the Harpoon missile gyro and accelerometer in FORTRAN on a VAX 11/780.

Reviewed Boeing as well as various subcontractor TRD's involving complex digital and analog LRU's and SRUs1B offensive avionics.
Generated review reports, manpower schedules, and software to estimate test development time by looking at circuit complexity parameters.
